The room was clean and modern, well-equipped bath. We had an early engagement so they allowed us to eat breakfast a few minutes early which we very much appreciated.
It is not close to the metro, you need to take a bus so you just need to plan for that. But if you have to be in the St. Cloud region it is a very good location.
It sits in a very exclusive area of Paris with excellent transport connections to act as a base for touring. As it had parking facilities, it was why we made the choice as we did not require the car during our stay and it therefore helped reduce costs and concern of leaving the car unattended. The Hotel was clean tidy and comfortable and with breakfast included, it helped greatly with our comfort package, I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending it to friends and colleagues. The management were polite and helpful people.
While it sat in a very nice residential area, it was on a busy road junction and with the window open it was very noisy, mainly due to the very irritating mopeds, however there was very good double glazing and air conditioning to compensate, but, I do like to sleep with a window open. Also being in a residential area, there was very little atmosphere and small choice of local restaurants.
Our rooms were grouped together. The extra bed was in place when we arrived. The rooms were quiet. Complimentary breakfast was very good, Site was very pleasant.
Parking was crowded and places small.
Perfectly located for my trip, as I was close to my area of interest (commuting Paris/Suburbs can be a painful and slow experience during weekends, and I needed to be in St Cloud early). And very kind staff I must say.
The breakfast was not fantastic, and there was no fridge in the room (I am ok with no amenities or extremely overpriced water but a small fridge is pretty much standard everywhere these days) and well, I have to say that the room was looking clean enough... Until I dropped something and found a pair of dirty socks under the bed. Yes, not my dirty socks.
The hotel was a good value, especially with breakfast included in the rate. The room was clean.
The location was far from the metro (last stop on line 10); I would say at least a 20-30 minute walk. It was also diametrically opposite CDG airport, which mean a nearly 1.5 hour metro ride followed by the walk, or an expensive taxi ride. But the neighborhood was quiet and nice.
very friendly and helpful staff, location perfect for visit to American School Paris
Coffee at (overpriced) breakfast was really not good. When will french hotels learn to not charge so much for so little!?!
The hotel had comfortable beds and was very clean. It was about 7 miles from Paris which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. The room service dinner was delicious and the the included breakfast was good. This is a business hotel and rates vary from weekday to weekend. Communication in English was wonderful.
We didn't like the underground parking without an elevator. The ameneties in the room were sparse, not even a pen and paper. No help with luggage and no walk-in shower were available. A taxi could not be secured (missed non-refundable tour) on a Friday night with 2 hour notice to front desk.
Came here again because the hotel is up to speed with facilities and has parking, convenient from the autoroute
The staff was very nice. Location was very close to Autoroute so no problem of traffic inside Paris city. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, good quality and quantity. Bank/Pharmacy/Train (Bus) station/Fuel station all within 500m. Overall very good for the room price we paid.
May be a restaurant (or Kebab shop) nearby could be handy if you return from Paris city a bit late without having dinner.
The hotel is clean. The bed is good size and very comfortable. Free Parking is great. The decor is up to date (It has Kartell chairs, to my surprise!) Despite away from the St Cloud station, buses are quite frequent during the day and it's not difficult at all to get to Central Paris.
No major problem, would appreciate some tea making facilities.
The bed and pillow were very, very comfortable. Everything is relatively new and clean. The staff on the desk are very courteous. My daughter was taking the SATs at the American school nearby and it was only a ten minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good.
The restaurant was closed for dinner, however the staff were able to recommend a restaurant not too far away that was perfectly fine.
Being able to relax in quiet, peaceful surroundings in a pleasant, clean environment. Location perfect for the trip.
in one of the rooms there had been smoking a lot wheras we had specifically asked for a non-smoking room! That room was also dirty. The other rooom was fine.
not enough lighting of the room. Impossible to read at night.
It's a very decent light trendy hotel for a 2-3 days stay for a citytrip to Paris. Breakfast was good. Room & bathroom are nice, trendy & clean. Free parking for the car. You must notice that you loose 30min before you are on the 'La Defense' to start your citytrip or metrotrip in Paris city. (10min walk ok & straight on, followed by the train 15-20min to La Defense). Price of hotel is good for what you get.
The bed was hard and we did not sleep well... Minor issue: no fridge or drinks in the room. No shops/restaurant in the neighborhood, all has to be done within the city of Paris.
